Hi, I’m Amanda, and I’m delighted to welcome you to beautiful Nevada County, CA, where I’ve called home since 2012.  I first visited this area while attending college at St. Mary’s in Moraga.  My husband grew up in Penn Valley’s Lake Wildwood community, which was where we would eventually settle with our two young kids.  Since relocating from the Bay Area, we’ve discovered the perfect balance of a relaxed lifestyle and the vibrant, family-friendly energy of a small town.  Being able to slow down and still enjoy all the adventures and connections that a close-knit community offers is what makes Penn Valley, Grass Valley, and Nevada City such special places.  

With a focus on Lake Wildwood, one of Nevada County’s premier gated communities, known for its top-tier amenities including a golf course and private lake, I’m passionate about helping clients find their ideal property.  If you’re looking for a retreat from the hustle and bustle of urban life, Lake Wildwood is an ideal place to call home.

Before entering the world of real estate, and prior to my time at home as a full-time mom, I spent 17 years as a ballet instructor and assistant director at the Pacific Ballet Academy in Mountain View, CA. This experience allowed me to work closely with people and understand the importance of building strong, supportive relationships.  Much like teaching dance, my role as a real estate agent revolves around helping clients navigate the steps of buying or selling a  home, ensuring that every transaction is smooth and successful. 

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family exploring all that Nevada County has to offer.  From hiking the scenic trails in Grass Valley to cycling the beautiful backroads of Nevada City to boating on any of the nearby lakes or exploring the Yuba River, we take full advantage of the amazing outdoor lifestyle here.
